Led the redesign of the reporting suite: time-to-insight fell from 6 minutes to 45 seconds for 12,000 weekly users.
Built a component library adopted by four product teams, cutting the time to ship a new screen by 40%.
Ran 60+ usability sessions and turned the findings into the quarterly roadmap the whole company plans against.
Introduced accessibility reviews into the release checklist, taking the core product from 61 to 98 on Lighthouse.

Partnered with engineering to migrate 120 screens onto a token-driven design system.
