  • Built a component library adopted by four product teams, cutting the time to ship a new screen by 40%.
  • Ran 60+ usability sessions and turned the findings into the quarterly roadmap the whole company plans against.
  • Introduced accessibility reviews into the release checklist, taking the core product from 61 to 98 on Lighthouse.
