Refund policy

The 14-day guarantee

If you upgrade and decide within 14 days that it was not worth it, tell us and we refund the full amount. There is no form to fill in and no reason needed. This applies to your first payment for a plan.

Refunds go back to the method you paid with, normally within five working days. Where the payment itself was processed in demo mode, no money changed hands and there is nothing to return.

Cancelling

Cancelling takes one click on the billing page. It stops the next renewal immediately, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not cut off mid-period.

You keep your account on the free plan afterwards. Every resume you created stays exactly where it is and stays editable. Downgrading should never feel like losing your work, so it does not.

When we cannot refund

Beyond the 14-day window we do not refund used periods, because the service was available for them. That said, we would rather fix a problem than keep a payment for something that did not work:

• If a feature you paid for was broken for a meaningful part of the period, tell us — we will extend or refund it.
• If you were charged twice for the same period, the duplicate is refunded as soon as we can see it.
• If you believe a charge was not authorised, contact us before your bank: chargebacks take weeks, and we can usually resolve it the same day.

Requesting a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to any receipt you received. Mention the approximate date and amount, and that is enough for us to find the payment.
