Your account

You need an account to save resumes. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. One person per account — if a colleague or friend needs this, they can create their own free account in seconds.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. We may suspend an account that is used to attack the service, to scrape other people's data or to break the law, and we will tell you why if we do.

Acceptable use

Do not use this service to:

• Impersonate another person, or claim qualifications and employment you did not have.
• Upload malware, or content you have no right to publish.
• Send automated requests, scrape the template library, or attempt to reach data belonging to other accounts.
• Resell access, or run this software as a competing hosted service without a written agreement.

Plans and billing

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and never change mid-period. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Payments on this deployment run in demo mode. No card is charged and no card details are collected or stored. In a live deployment, real payment processing would be handled by a payment provider and this page would name them.

Your content and our templates

The wording, dates and details you put into a resume remain yours. We store and render them to provide the service, and that is the only right we claim over them.

The templates, layout code and design system are ours. You may use them to build and export your own resumes, including commercially, but you may not redistribute the templates themselves.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep the service available and your data intact, and we take backups of the database. We do not promise that a resume scoring well here will pass every applicant tracking system, and we cannot promise you an interview — those depend on factors outside any resume builder.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page and everything in it goes with it. We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable use rules, with notice where the situation allows.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of the service operator, and disputes would be handled by the courts there.
