What happens at a plan limit, how switching works, and what we will not do with your money.
Nothing is deleted and you are never locked out of your own work. You keep full editing and preview access to your resume. You just cannot create an eleventh resume on Pro, or a second one on Free, until you remove an old version or upgrade.
Yes. Switching to yearly credits the unused part of your current month against the annual price. Switching back to monthly takes effect at your next renewal, so you never pay twice for the same period.
Exporting is always available, including on the free plan. The difference is that free exports carry a small diagonal watermark. Pro and Premium exports are clean, with selectable text and working links.
Yes — 14 days from your first payment, no questions and no forms. Email us or cancel from the billing page and we refund the full amount. After 14 days the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Most people need one resume, once. Charging everyone for that would be dishonest. We charge for the things that only make sense when you are applying regularly: several tailored versions, no watermark and a full report.
